Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (festivals, sale events) processing may take longer — we will notify you by email if processing will be delayed.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. They do not include order processing time. Transit times may vary by carrier, destination, and customs clearance.

Shipping methods & carriers

We ship using trusted national and international carriers (for example: India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, UPS). The carrier used will depend on package size, destination and best available rates at dispatch time. You will receive carrier and tracking details by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates & free shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination and chosen shipping method.
  • Where applicable, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Promotions that include free shipping will be applied according to the terms of that promotion and shown at checkout.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will send an email containing tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier — please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier tracking page to be populated after you receive the tracking number.

Partial shipments

For orders with multiple items, we may ship items separately. In such cases you will receive separate tracking numbers and the order status will reflect each shipment.

Delays, lost or damaged packages

  • If a carrier delay occurs, we will work with the carrier to get an update — please contact us at contact@savefarmer.in with your order number.
  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either replace the items or offer a refund depending on stock and your preference.
  • If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you promptly.

Customs, duties & import taxes (International orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. SaveFarmer is not responsible for these charges. The recipient is responsible for paying any additional charges required by local customs authorities.

Address accuracy & failed deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address and you request reshipment, additional shipping charges may apply. If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact@savefarmer.in. We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them once an order has been dispatched.

International restrictions

Certain items may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. If an item cannot be delivered to your address due to local restrictions or carrier policies, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternate shipping solution.

Returns & refunds

If you wish to return an item, please check the Returns Policy on our website or contact contact@savefarmer.in with your order details and reason for return. In many cases returns must be initiated within a specified time window from delivery.
